- Evaluate diverse sustainability and energy-performance trends across sites to shape the department's approach to reducing environmental footprint and resource consumption
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for energy efficiency and sustainability targets at the department level, holding teams accountable for progress
- Manage a team of specialists overseeing the energy management strategy for assigned operations, integrating site audit findings into a coherent improvement plan
- Own the department's annual multi-framework submission calendar (TSM, GISTM, ICMM), ensuring engagement with site leadership and external partners produces defensible, on-time evidence packages
