- Manage a team of skilled sustainability analysts and specialists producing energy audits and framework submissions, making judgments on prioritization within known reporting and data-governance factors
- Own tactical outcomes for alignment to responsible-mining frameworks (GRI, SASB, ICMM principles, TSM, GISTM, TCFD/TNFD), coordinating cross-functionally with site, environmental, and corporate teams to close gaps
- Drive continuous improvement of sustainability reporting processes, data quality and governance practices across the annual reporting cycle
- Direct the use of data analysis tools and sustainability metrics to identify opportunities for reducing waste, energy use, and carbon footprint, and consolidate findings into recommendations
- Manage relationships with external partners and auditors during submission periods, ensuring evidence packages meet framework requirements
