- Analyze and re-engineer business processes across the sustainability organization, managing implementation of complex efficiency and effectiveness improvements with functional impact
- Select analytical methods and lead multi-site energy and sustainability programs, evaluating complex variables such as regulatory change, pricing and operating-context constraints
- Integrate energy-utilities planning, pricing and forecasting into operational decision-making, translating industry trends into actionable strategy for business leaders
- Coordinate across engineering, finance, operations and environmental teams to resolve competing priorities and deliver enterprise energy and cost-saving strategies
- Advise on framework alignment (GRI, SASB, ICMM, TSM, GISTM, TCFD/TNFD) where interpretation is ambiguous, setting the approach for reporting and governance improvements

- — Analyzes sustainability-organization business processes and manages implementation of improvements to raise organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regulatory and Compliance Advisory
- — Advises internal colleagues and leadership on sustainability compliance and evolving regulatory expectations affecting energy and mining operations.
