An experienced skilled trades professional who independently performs advanced repair, installation, and maintenance work across multiple trade disciplines. At the Senior Support Specialist (S3) level, the role owns escalated / complex cases, complex or non-standard cases, and drives resolution quality on the team's hardest cases. Guides junior support informally.

- Perform journey-level work in one trade and skilled/semiskilled work in a combination of other trades in the repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Work independently on complex projects under general oversight, taking on more responsibility at the job site
- Diagnose and solve non-routine faults in building and equipment systems, determining root cause and the correct repair method
- Coordinate the sequencing of some multi-trade tasks on a job without formal leadership responsibility
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least two recognized skilled trades with extensive knowledge of building-maintenance procedures and products
