- Own the full drilling design and day-to-day execution for a single well or project, planning the work independently against milestone reviews
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on drilling performance, including cost- and time-efficiency metrics, and feed findings into pre-drill and post-drill meetings
- Troubleshoot drilling issues in real time and select methods to resolve wellbore, mud, and equipment problems as they arise
- Support procurement and management of drilling materials and equipment for the assigned well
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations throughout the assigned drilling operation
