Acts as the most experienced hands-on tradesperson, guiding technical work across multiple crafts and mentoring less experienced technicians. At the Principal Support Specialist (S5) level, the role owns function-wide support practice, program-level and systemic support problems, and drives support strategy across the function. - Facilitate and coordinate the work of the trades crew on projects — assigning tasks, sequencing trades and ensuring workmanship standards are met
