A highly experienced skilled tradesperson who independently diagnoses and resolves the most complex facility and equipment problems across multiple trades. At the Expert Professional (P5) level, the role owns multiple systems or a technical domain, establishes the approach, and drives org / multi-team outcomes. Leads cross-team technical initiatives.

- Act independently on broad or unusual field problems where standard methods fail, applying deep multi-trade expertise
- Own deep technical authority as a master craftsperson, serving as the escalation point for the hardest diagnostic and installation problems on site
- Refine and improve installation, sequencing, and quality methods based on accumulated field experience rather than adopting them unchanged
- Serve as a technical spokesperson to project managers, inspectors, and clients on trade feasibility and risk
