- Assist skilled tradespeople with assembly, installation, repair, inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment, performing basic tasks under specific instruction
- Perform general building maintenance duties such as repairing doors and hardware and various carpentry repairs as directed
- Move furniture, supplies and campus assets and support in-house construction and renovation projects
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools relevant to the trade, following provided instructions for their safe use
