  • Own the integrated maintenance process for the site — establishing and administering an effective predictive/preventative maintenance program, work-order procedures, and optimized parts inventory through the CMMS
  • Develop and execute the plant's 3-year maintenance capital plan, preparing capital appropriation requests, developing competitive equipment/service bids, releasing purchase-order contracts, and controlling project funds within the site budget
  • Interface with plant operations executives and major equipment/service vendors on downtime, reliability commitments, and modernization of aging assets; oversee facility designs executed by third-party engineering firms
