  • Decide which lens materials, coatings, and frame designs are most appropriate for each customer's prescription, lifestyle, and budget
  • Place vendor orders, manage frame and lens inventory levels, and maintain and file daily and weekly operational reports
  • Educate customers on how to wear and maintain glasses and contact lenses, resolving fitting complaints independently within store guidelines
