- Processes insurance/vision-plan verification and applies benefits to orders, following established plan procedures and flagging discrepancies
- Performs frame adjustments and standard eyewear repairs (heat adjustment, temple and hinge fixes, nosepad replacement) and dispenses finished glasses to customers
- Schedules appointments, receives and checks in lab orders against the work order, and maintains frame inventory counts and reorder logs
