  • Negotiates critical technical and commercial matters with top client leadership and joint-venture partners, defending belt- and deposit-scale interpretations and resource-size estimates that anchor investment decisions.
  • Establishes the shared standards and platforms — 3D geologic modeling (GSI3D / SubsurfaceViewer MX), drillhole/well-log visualization (gINT, OpenLog, QGeoloGIS), aquifer-test analysis (AQTESOLV), and GIS-based interpretation (ArcGIS, Surfer) — that unify how multiple divisions produce and defend subsurface conclusions.
  • Rebalances the leadership bench so business acumen sits alongside technical depth, developing VPs able to run significant business units, not technical teams alone.
