- Oversees operations of a large facility or several sites, selecting maintenance strategies and methods to balance service levels against cost across the portfolio.
- Leads complex, multi-trade projects — major refurbishments, system replacements, capital moves — analyzing in-depth variables such as downtime, phasing, and lifecycle cost.
- Develops and manages the multi-site operating and capital budget, forecasting and justifying spend to functional leadership.
- Develops risk management policies and ensures all facilities meet regulatory standards, protecting the organization's physical assets.
