- Oversee the operations and performance of a multi-state geographic region, ensuring the region meets or exceeds all financial, operational, and customer service goals
- Hire store managers for new stores within a multi-state territory, oversee regional staffing, and travel frequently to be on-site during the build-out of new retail spaces
- Set the operating model and standards that define how stores are run across the region, shaping how corporate strategy is translated into consistent frontline execution
- Build and steward the regional leadership bench, mentoring district and store managers and setting the benchmark for what sustained operational discipline produces
- Act as the senior operations voice into corporate strategy, influencing expansion, format, and portfolio decisions with full independence
