At the Expert Professional (P5) level, the role owns multiple systems or a technical domain, establishes the approach, and drives org / multi-team outcomes. Leads cross-team technical initiatives.

- Oversee a portfolio of 5–20 retail stores, ensuring consistent brand execution, hitting aggregated sales targets, and developing store managers as the link between corporate strategy and frontline execution
- Operate as a business owner directly accountable for best-in-class customer service, operational excellence, and professional development of the Store Management team across roughly ten to fifteen stores
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers, driving performance through others rather than personal floor execution
- Diagnose root causes of district-level sales and operating gaps across diverse markets and set prioritized action plans that balance intangible market conditions with financial targets
- Serve as the escalation point and standard-setter for store-level P&L, shrink, and staffing decisions across the territory
