- As Mine Manager, lead the mine operations management team and direct all mining personnel and resources, preparing operational plans, monitoring and reporting progress, and proposing capital

- Lead all day-to-day mining activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and disciplined execution across Mining, Drill & Blast, Planning, and Maintenance
- Lead Mining Superintendents and contractor teams, taking ownership of operational decision-making so production, safety, and cost objectives are consistently achieved
- Set field-shaping operational standards and coordinate production activities to safely deliver daily, weekly, and monthly mining targets across the asset
