What this role is

Experienced individual contributor who organizes and delivers training programs and coaches employees on new tools and working methods. At the Senior Support Specialist (S3) level, the role owns escalated / complex cases, complex or non-standard cases, and drives resolution quality on the team's hardest cases. Guides junior support informally.

What this level does

  • Resolves non-routine LMS issues — broken SCORM tracking, duplicate learner records, failed completions — using judgment about which fix the situation calls for
  • Administers enrollment, cost-charging, and completion tracking for a full program with little day-to-day instruction, coordinating timing across sessions and cohorts
  • Investigates cross-charge and invoice discrepancies against cost-center rules and works with finance and vendors to correct them
  • Builds custom LMS and Learning Record Store (LRS) reports on request, deciding which data and grouping answer the question asked
  • Coordinates the enrollment and record-setup steps across multiple concurrent training initiatives so deadlines are met
