Diagnoses problems with field equipment and engines by interpreting symptoms, test readings and equipment history, and determines the proper repair path and which repairs are achievable on site.
Field Repair and Servicing
Tests, repairs and services technical equipment at customer locations, managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing to return equipment to working condition during the visit.

Maintains equipment, spare parts and calibrated tools stocked in the company field service truck so callouts can be completed without return trips.

Performs advanced troubleshooting on critical or chronic equipment failures to identify the underlying cause and prevent recurrence, rather than only clearing the immediate fault.
Cabling and Fiber Optics
