Experienced individual contributor who conducts workplace safety inspections and environmental compliance monitoring under general guidance. At the Senior Support Specialist (S3) level, the role owns escalated / complex cases, complex or non-standard cases, and drives resolution quality on the team's hardest cases. Guides junior support informally.

- Independently plan and run inspection programs for a facility, sequencing checks and audits and exercising judgment on which non-routine conditions require follow-up

- Coordinate scheduled tasks such as permit-renewal tracking and waste-disposal compliance logging across a site with little day-to-day instruction
- Compile inspection, sampling and incident data into compliance reports for the professional EHS staff, identifying patterns worth attention
- Support specific programs (respiratory protection, emergency-response drills) by executing and monitoring them against defined requirements

- — Recognizes potential exposures and unsafe conditions during checks, distinguishes routine from non-routine findings, and escalates or corrects within established procedure.

- — Investigates inspection and sampling findings, determines the appropriate corrective step within procedure, and tracks it to closure to prevent recurrence.
