Manages a team of EHS professionals to implement workplace safety and environmental compliance programs across a site or region. At the Senior Manager (M3) level, the role owns multiple teams or a sub-function, multi-team execution and resourcing trade-offs, and drives sub-function outcomes. Manages managers and/or several teams.

- Develops and enforces facility-wide safety policies and procedures, evaluating diverse compliance issues and trends to prioritize hazard-control investments
- Plans and coordinates inspection, emergency-response planning and permit/waste-compliance programs, integrating identified exposures into control plans
- Manages OSH program effectiveness, evaluates programs against results and reports safety performance to plant leadership
