  • Directs quality control, regulatory documentation, and technical review processes so that geologic characterization work meets state licensure and internal defensibility requirements.
  • Interfaces with peer executives and major clients/partners to align the geoscience function's investigation programs with business exploration and development objectives.
  • Owns talent strategy for the technologist function — building the pipeline from field/lab technicians through project leads to principal geologists — and resolves the highest-consequence technical disputes escalated by Directors.
