- Diagnose intermittent SCADA and PPC control-system faults, evaluating identifiable factors to distinguish sensor errors, communication faults, and genuine equipment failures
- Track net capacity factor and generation performance across assigned units and recommend operating adjustments to close performance gaps
- Network with maintenance, engineering, and dispatch professionals to resolve recurring operational issues and coordinate corrective work
- Mentor operators on meter reading, calibration routines, feedstock handling, and control-system basics
