An experienced hands-on production worker who operates and adjusts complex machinery and processes with minimal supervision. At the Lead Support Specialist (S4) level, the role owns team process and quality, cross-case patterns and process gaps, and drives team-level quality and efficiency. - Support continuous-improvement and lean initiatives by pulling and analyzing downtime and scrap history to show where the losses sit
- Act as working lead for a group of support staff and operators, sequencing their tasks against the schedule and resolving day-to-day floor issues
- Reconcile production data across systems and departments and prepare the consolidated status the production manager takes to planning

- — Communicates shift output, quality and line observations to the production manager and operators clearly at handover, so decisions are made on current information.
- Standard Work Documentation
- — Writes and updates the recording, material-coordination and quality-check procedures for the area so the routines are repeatable and can be trained to others.
- Continuous Improvement / Lean Support
- — Pulls and analyzes downtime and scrap history to expose recurring losses and supports lean initiatives with the data needed to target them.
- Operator Training
