At the Senior Professional (P4) level, the role owns a system or set of related features, devises new approaches, and drives multi-team / function outcomes. What this level does

  • Lead operational execution and performance of the Retail Distribution Center, ensuring every store receives the right product in the right quantity at the right time
  • Own coordination of inventory shipments into and out of the Retail DC and manage the replenishment and allocation flow to stores
  • Manage the day-to-day 3PL partnership, holding partners to accuracy, on-time delivery, and disciplined performance standards
  • Partner with Planning and Buying on allocation, flow, and launch-week readiness across the store fleet
  • Analyze in-stock rates, on-time delivery, and sell-through to diagnose fulfillment gaps and drive corrective action
