Provides expert product knowledge and sales support within a dedicated product category in a retail store. At the Mid-Level Professional (P3) level, the role owns features or a sub-system end-to-end, adapts existing approaches, and drives project / team outcomes. Mentors juniors informally.

- Optimize slotting and collaborate with purchasing and inventory control to resolve count variances
- Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts and coordinating the back-of-house team
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and analyze sales trends to recommend replenishment and markdowns
