- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews across diverse operational problems, producing user stories, process flows, and use cases
- Support prioritization of business and technology initiatives, planning own work and coordinating with mining engineers to sequence delivery
- Translate business needs into system requirements and solution specifications for open-pit or underground production and maintenance processes
