  • Interface with peer engineering, operations, and geology executives and with major contractors/customers to align mine development and operations scheduling with production commitments.
  • Translate the Principal-level 'chief technical expert' remit into a governed function: build and mentor the Director/Principal bench and set the mining-engineering practices the function operates by.
