- Leads resolution of higher-exposure disputes — significant encroachments, contested titles and damage claims — balancing landowner interests against project schedule and cost
- May lead other managers or cross-functional professionals (engineering, legal, regulatory) on land-rights matters within a project team
- Reports acquisition performance, risk and cost forecasts to program leadership and adjusts resourcing to meet project demand
