Experienced technical support specialist who independently executes complex geophysical data acquisition and processing tasks. At the Lead Support Specialist (S4) level, the role owns team process and quality, cross-case patterns and process gaps, and drives team-level quality and efficiency. Mentors and coordinates the support team.

- Adapts acquisition and processing methods for unprecedented field conditions — difficult terrain, novel instrument combinations, or unexpected noise sources — where the standard procedure does not apply
- Resolves conflicts between survey plan, regulatory/permit constraints, and on-the-ground reality, recommending method changes and defending the workaround to the project's professional lead
- Sets up and troubleshoots new or reconfigured instrument arrays and processing workflows for a mobilization, determining the approach for assignments with no established recipe
- Acts as working lead for field technicians and junior data staff, guiding their acquisition and QC work and reviewing their processed outputs before release
- Owns end-to-end data integrity for a survey — from field logs through processed deliverables — troubleshooting the widest variety of non-routine acquisition and data-handling situations
