At the Senior Professional (P4) level, the role owns a system or set of related features, devises new approaches, and drives multi-team / function outcomes. What this level does
- Provide advanced technical leadership on complex, multidisciplinary geophysical projects, designing and managing surveys with an explicit focus on risk mitigation and acquisition efficiency
- Lead geophysical interpretation across integrated seismic, EM, gravity, and magnetic datasets and select the analytical methods for the project
- Design project schedules and create and monitor project budgets, assessing deviations and adjusting resourcing as needed
- Oversee subcontracted acquisition and processing work, ensuring quality standards are met across deliverables
- Train fellow geophysicists in specialized techniques and coordinate technical work across project teams
