- Resolves the plant's most complex process-support problems — intermittent, multi-cause faults spanning program, mechanical, material, and MRP-data factors — that others cannot, developing repeatable techniques from the resolution.
- Serves as the facilitating working lead for the technician group on major initiatives such as New Product Introduction ramps and line reconfigurations, coordinating execution while engineers own the design.
- Develops the data-collection methods, fixtures, and check routines that feed process-capability and lean-improvement studies, ensuring measurements are valid and repeatable.
