Manages a team responsible for facility systems, equipment maintenance, and metrology/calibration engineering.   • Evaluates trends across diverse equipment failures and utility issues, using plant-management and ERP data (e.g., SAP, Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne), to prioritize reliability projects and capital maintenance investments
  • Collaborates with procurement, engineering, and operations teams to align maintenance and facilities plans with business and production objectives
  • Sets technical standards and preventive-maintenance methods for the department and develops early-career engineers into independent contributors
  • May lead other supervisors or cross-functional professionals on multi-line reliability improvement initiatives

Uses SAP and Oracle ERP platforms (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, PeopleSoft) to link maintenance activity, spare-parts procurement, and asset data to production and cost objectives.
ISO 9000 Quality Compliance
Applies ISO 9000 quality-management standards to maintenance and facilities processes, ensuring inspections, documentation, and corrective actions meet audit and regulatory requirements.
