At the Principal Support Specialist (S5) level, the role owns function-wide support practice, program-level and systemic support problems, and drives support strategy across the function. - Create new data-capture standards, audit templates and KPI-board formats adopted across multiple lines or sites within the OpEx support function
- Design and standardize the SOP-control and version-management procedures the rest of the support team follows

- Serve as working lead and go-to reference for the support team, facilitating peer execution and guiding less experienced staff on non-routine work
- Contribute support-side methods and templates into the site OpEx framework, ensuring worldwide teams capture and report improvement data consistently
