- Evaluates trends across calibration data — repeat out-of-tolerance instruments, drift, vendor turnaround — using statistical analysis (e.g., Minitab) and drives corrective action to reduce recurrence.
- Develops and maintains calibration SOPs and procedures, ensuring measurement methods and standards traceability meet ISO/ISPE/FDA metrology requirements.
- Leads cross-functional teams with quality and production to resolve measurement disputes and to support audits with calibration and traceability records.
