- Coordinates across mechanical, safety and traffic-control groups to balance construction, maintenance and revenue movements without compromising throughput.
- Participates in developing and implementing operational goals, objectives and policies for assigned rail services.
- Leads incident response and root-cause review for service disruptions, adjusting staffing and dispatch to restore normal operation.
