- Perform routine calibrations of instruments and equipment strictly according to written SOPs and standards under close supervision of senior technicians
- Assist senior technicians with data documentation, capturing readings and entering calibration data into the equipment history logs in the company database
- Use basic measurement tools and interpret simple technical manuals to complete prescribed calibration and basic maintenance tasks
- Familiarize with standard operating procedures, safety requirements and good laboratory practices while completing assigned tasks
- Prepare draft calibration reports and certificates for review before they are issued
