Manages a team responsible for solar installation, maintenance, and safety operations. At the Senior Manager (M3) level, the role owns multiple teams or a sub-function, multi-team execution and resourcing trade-offs, and drives sub-function outcomes. Manages managers and/or several teams.

- Manages the O&M operation for a department or regional portfolio of solar sites, holding responsibility for operating budgets, staffing levels and production targets across the portfolio.
- May lead through supervisors/team leads and cross-functional professionals, evaluating trends across multiple sites to redirect maintenance strategy where recurring or diverse fault patterns appear.
- Serves as technical escalation authority for the region — guides teams through resolution of complex electrical and PV challenges requiring mastery of NEC compliance, line drawings, inverters, batteries, wiring and high-voltage systems.
- Establishes and maintains Field Services business procedures for the region, designing standardized processes rather than executing them.
- Owns safety, LOTO and regulatory compliance program performance across the portfolio, and reports operational and cost metrics to functional leadership.

- Technician Development and Mentoring
- — Trains and mentors technicians, helpers and laborers to build solar O&M diagnostic and repair capability, developing the field workforce pipeline.
