  • Assigns and reviews staff-conducted root cause analyses on lower-severity events, coaching specialists on established RCA methodology and data collection technique
  • Runs recurring safety rounds and audits on assigned units, escalating emerging trends in patient safety data to the Patient Safety Manager
  • Delivers scheduled staff patient-safety training sessions and tracks completion to maintain unit-level compliance
