At the Senior Manager (M3) level, the role owns multiple teams or a sub-function, multi-team execution and resourcing trade-offs, and drives sub-function outcomes. - Ensures the pipeline system is operated in full compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations across transmission and gathering systems
- Leads coordination between field crews, engineers, and safety inspectors to mitigate risk and optimize pipeline throughput
- May lead front-line supervisors and specialist professionals, setting operating standards and resolving diverse operational issues within the district
