- Shape field development strategy through petrophysical evaluation, directing how saturation-height, thin-bed/laminated-sand and unconventional reservoir methods are applied to well placement and design optimization.
- Interface with reservoir engineering, production engineering and geoscience executive peers and with major operating partners to align formation-evaluation deliverables to asset development plans.
- Own talent, capability and best-practice development for the petrophysics discipline, including mentorship pipelines that convert principal-tier advisory practice into repeatable function-wide standards.
