  • Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex individual transactions across the clean energy portfolio, spanning upstream and downstream activities
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract execution for a set of deals, selecting negotiation methods and commercial approach
  • Serve as the primary counterparty-facing decision-maker with utilities, corporates, and strategic counterparties, coordinating cross-functional teams to close
  • Perform in-depth analysis of complex commercial variables — offtake terms, credit exposure, curtailment risk, price shape — to close high-value PPAs, tollings, and offtake contracts
  • May lead deal teams and mentor P1–P3 originators on structuring and counterparty engagement
