- Implement standardized maintenance programs, predictive maintenance strategies (vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, oil analysis), maintenance stores control, and Autonomous Maintenance across the site's production lines
- Own the site maintenance budget and facility-maintenance scope (HVAC installations, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing and painting upkeep), translating functional strategy into equipment-reliability and Lean continuous-improvement targets
- Interface with plant production leadership and major equipment/OEM vendors to resolve recurring downtime — including conveyor belts and hydraulic lifts — that carries serious functional consequences for that plant's output
- Direct shift-handoff and production-team coordination protocols so collaborative troubleshooting and clean-work-area standards hold across all crews at the site
