- Digitize geologic maps and enter geochemistry and surface-geology datasets into GIS, applying standard QC checks and flagging obvious anomalies for a geologist to review
- Prepare draft figures, cross-sections, and map layers in GIS, and assemble report sections and presentation slides to support geologist-authored deliverables
- Recognize when field or data conditions deviate from the standard routine (e.g., a sampling site is inaccessible) and escalate to the supervising geologist or field project manager
