  • Conceive, plan, and execute complex geomatics programs and manage a large technical organization spanning field, GIS, LiDAR/InSAR, and CAD disciplines
  • Determine objectives, set priorities, and delegate work; use imagination to develop new insights and design new methods where established survey/spatial-analysis methods are inapplicable or unavailable
  • Formulate policies and organization-wide standards governing geospatial data management, acquisition, and product delivery
  • Serve as expert authority and strategic advisor on the most complex spatial projects, providing high-level mentorship to senior professionals

Produces legal and engineering survey products — plans, drawings, and mapping outputs — to specification using CAD techniques.
Field Survey Instrumentation

Technical Reporting & Stakeholder Consultation
Prepares client-ready reports and presentations of spatial analyses and consults interdisciplinary stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and resolve issues.
GIS User Support & Training
Provides technical support and training to technical and non-technical users on the operation and application of geographic information systems.
