  • Oversees the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements, and may lead a team of specialists.
  • Manages full compensation operation processes — Annual Salary Review, Scorecard, Short Term Incentives (Annual Incentive Plan, Sales Incentive Plan), and Long Term Incentives — selecting methods to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • Collaborates with finance and senior management to develop and manage compensation and benefits budgets, conducting cost analysis to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis of complex pay-equity, incentive-design, and job-evaluation issues that affect an entire function or business unit.
  • Recommends improvements to benefits offerings and pay programs, coordinating implementation across HR, payroll, finance, and vendors.
