- Direct the design, implementation, and evaluation of health and welfare and retirement benefit programs across the enterprise
- Evaluate effectiveness of total rewards programs organization-wide and recommend field-shaping improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate enterprise contracts, and stay ahead of evolving government regulations affecting global benefits
