Administers employee benefit programs and supports plan participants with day-to-day benefits operations. At the Mid-Level Professional (P3) level, the role owns features or a sub-system end-to-end, adapts existing approaches, and drives project / team outcomes. Mentors juniors informally.

- Serve as the main point of contact for brokers and plan providers, coordinating issue resolution and day-to-day plan operations independently
- Manage renewal processes and open enrollment periods, planning timelines and deliverables with milestone review
- Perform market benchmarking and vendor management to compare offerings against market data
- Serve as internal compliance expert across COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ERISA and Section 125, keeping auditable records and updating processes as rules change
- Assist with strategy development and cost-benefit analysis to support plan decisions

- Applies in-depth knowledge across the full benefits portfolio and regulatory landscape, working with day-to-day independence and interpreting plan and compliance rules for diverse situations.
