Asset lifecycle management
Manages every stage of an energy asset's life — from daily operation to condition-and-performance maintenance to renewal or disposal — balancing risk, cost, and reliability to determine useful life and desired fleet composition.
Renewable energy asset management
Manages the financial and operational performance of renewable assets such as solar, wind, and utility-scale or hybrid BESS projects, applying P&L knowledge to optimize returns across the portfolio.
O&M forecasting and capital planning
Builds annual operations budgets and multi-year capital plans, forecasting energy costs, upgrade projects, and lifecycle replacement needs to optimize total cost of ownership across a generation fleet.
Generation asset valuation and feasibility analysis
