Leads a team of technicians and engineers responsible for the structural integrity, compliance, and operational performance of energy or mining assets. At the Manager II (M2) level, the role owns an established team or sub-function, cross-project coordination and priorities, and drives group delivery and development. Manages a team; sometimes manages leads.

  • Lead a skilled team of asset analysts across daily solar-plant management, reporting, compliance tracking and account management, owning the tactical outcomes for the assigned fleet
  • Coordinate with main contractors and ISOs on preventive maintenance and operational compliance, exercising judgment within known maintenance and contract factors
  • Manage the resolution of recurring performance deviations by directing corrective actions and confirming energy production is restored to expected levels
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, contracts and finance peers to align maintenance windows with production and reporting commitments

PPA and Utility Contract Optimization
Manages and optimizes power purchase agreements, utility agreements and real estate contracts, leading engagement with utilities and ISOs to find the most optimal commercial solution.
Asset Value & Capital Allocation Strategy
Maximizes the value of physical assets through capital allocation, operational and contractual optimization, and long-term investment strategy across the entire asset lifecycle.
Stakeholder Negotiation & Facilitation
Facilitates and negotiates across clients, utilities, contractors, ISOs and regulators, using team building and communication to align asset-management outcomes.
Energy Modeling & Forecasting Tools
Applies monitoring platforms, analytical software and geographic information systems (GIS) to model asset performance and forecast generation for asset-management decisions.
