Senior supervisor overseeing engineering technicians and manufacturing engineering staff on a shift or production line. At the Manager II (M2) level, the role owns an established team or sub-function, cross-project coordination and priorities, and drives group delivery and development. Manages a team; sometimes manages leads.

  • Owns tactical outcomes for process qualification and manufacturing readiness of assigned parts or lines

Applies Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen principles to optimize the effectiveness, cost, and quality of manufacturing operations.
Advanced Manufacturing Technologies
Applies additive and digital manufacturing technologies together with process control and optimization techniques to advance production capability.
Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
Identifies root cause of process and quality problems across product lines and defines corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
